How to make tatto

1. 

   Draw the picture of the tattoo
   Print or draw a picture of the tattoo you want.
2. 

   Fill in the picture.
   Fill in the figure (only the picture you want your tattoo to be).
3. 

   Cut the picture out.
   Cut out the figure.
4. 

   Place the paper where you want your tattoo to be.
   Place the paper where you want to have your tattoo.
5. 

   Fill in the picture with nail polish.
   Fill in or just wipe on the paper the color of nail polish you want.
6. 

   Remove the paper and wait for the nail polish to dry out.
   Remove the paper and wait for the tattoo to dry

• The more accurate you are with cutting and filling in, the better it will look.
• When you are painting it on, brush towards the center of the design (where the paper isn't), that way the paint doesn't go under the paper and make it look blotchy.
• It is preferred to use eye liner for this method, just because nail polish can cause irritation and such.
