FLYING FISH

Flying fish generally do not actually fly, but they glide on their outstretched fins for distances of up to 0.4km. Flying fish can be seen jumping out of warm ocean waters worldwide.Their streamlined torpedo shape helps them gather enough underwater speed to break the surface, and their large, wing-like pectoral fins get them airborne.Apart from their useful pectoral fins, some of them have enlarged pelvic fins and are therefore known as the four winged flying fish.Flying fish are thought to have evolved their remarkable gliding ability to escape predators. Flying fish are attracted to light, like a number of sea creatures, and fishermen take advantage of this with substantial results.Characteristics Their most striking feature is their pectoral fins, which are unusually large, and enable the fish to hide and escape from predators by leaping out of the water; taking short glided flights through air just above the water's surface. They have lopsided tails. The eyes of the flying fish are relatively larger than the other species. These are also flat in shape and this is what helps to improve the visual perception when it glides through the air. The streamlined torpedo shape of the body helps them to gather underwater speed. These fish swim very close to the surface of the water and their fins remain close to the body. Once they leave the water, they spread their fins to be able to glide.Studies have shown that the flying fish keep their enlarged pectoral fins very steady when they glide through the air. Their manner of gliding is also similar to the flying squirrels and very apart from the birds. This is because birds vibrate their wings when they are in the air.Size In average, flying fish are 17.5-30 cm in length and have pectoral fins that compare in size with the wings of birds.Feeding habits The diet of the flying fish consists of planktons and small crustaceans. They also feed on other aquatic insects.Habitat Flying fish are found in all of the major oceans, particularly in the warm tropical and subtropical waters of the Atlantic, Pacific, and Indian oceans.Lifespan They live for about 8 to 10 years. -- Agencies

MATTHEW 5:17,20

The Fulfillment of the Law 17"Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them. 18I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished. 19Anyone who breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20For I tell you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the Pharisees and the teachers of the law, you will certainly not enter the kingdom of heaven.

Psalm 16

A miktam of David. 1 Keep me safe, O God, for in you I take refuge. 2 I said to the LORD, "You are my Lord; apart from you I have no good thing." 3 As for the saints who are in the land, they are the glorious ones in whom is all my delight. 4 The sorrows of those will increase who run after other gods. I will not pour out their libations of blood or take up their names on my lips. 5 LORD, you have assigned me my portion and my cup; you have made my lot secure. 6 The boundary lines have fallen for me in pleasant places; surely I have a delightful inheritance. 7 I will praise the LORD, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me. 8 I have set the LORD always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I will not be shaken. 9 Therefore my heart is glad and my tongue rejoices; my body also will rest secure, 10 because you will not abandon me to the grave, nor will you let your Holy One see decay. 11 You have made known to me the path of life; you will fill me with joy in your presence, with eternal pleasures at your right hand.

Matthew 16

The Demand for a Sign 1The Pharisees and Sadducees came to Jesus and tested him by asking him to show them a sign from heaven. 2He replied, "When evening comes, you say, 'It will be fair weather, for the sky is red,' 3and in the morning, 'Today it will be stormy, for the sky is red and overcast.' You know how to interpret the appearance of the sky, but you cannot interpret the signs of the times. 4A wicked and adulterous generation looks for a miraculous sign, but none will be given it except the sign of Jonah." Jesus then left them and went away.

My Heart Believes in You

I kept my head up high, and then you came my way.
I have been hurt so many times.
My heart filled with so much pain.
but now that pain has gone away.
For I have found a place I want to be.
This place I see is with thee.
in your arms just for me.
Now I give my heart to thee. For my heart believes in you

Psalm 96

1 Sing to the LORD a new song; sing to the LORD, all the earth. 2 Sing to the LORD, praise his name; proclaim his salvation day after day. 3 Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous deeds among all peoples. 4 For great is the LORD and most worthy of praise; he is to be feared above all gods. 5 For all the gods of the nations are idols, but the LORD made the heavens. 6 Splendor and majesty are before him; strength and glory are in his sanctuary. 7 Ascribe to the LORD, O families of nations, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength. 8 Ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name; bring an offering and come into his courts. 9 Worship the LORD in the splendor of his holiness; tremble before him, all the earth. 10 Say among the nations, "The LORD reigns." The world is firmly established, it cannot be moved; he will judge the peoples with equity. 11 Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad; let the sea resound, and all that is in it; 12 let the fields be jubilant, and everything in them. Then all the trees of the forest will sing for joy; 13 they will sing before the LORD, for he comes, he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world in righteousness and the peoples in his truth.

John 13

Jesus Washes His Disciples' Feet 1It was just before the Passover Feast. Jesus knew that the time had come for him to leave this world and go to the Father. Having loved his own who were in the world, he now showed them the full extent of his love. 2The evening meal was being served, and the devil had already prompted Judas Iscariot, son of Simon, to betray Jesus. 3Jesus knew that the Father had put all things under his power, and that he had come from God and was returning to God; 4so he got up from the meal, took off his outer clothing, and wrapped a towel around his waist. 5After that, he poured water into a basin and began to wash his disciples' feet, drying them with the towel that was wrapped around him. 6He came to Simon Peter, who said to him, "Lord, are you going to wash my feet?" 7Jesus replied, "You do not realize now what I am doing, but later you will understand." 8"No," said Peter, "you shall never wash my feet." Jesus answered, "Unless I wash you, you have no part with me." 9"Then, Lord," Simon Peter replied, "not just my feet but my hands and my head as well!" 10Jesus answered, "A person who has had a bath needs only to wash his feet; his whole body is clean. And you are clean, though not every one of you." 11For he knew who was going to betray him, and that was why he said not every one was clean. 12When he had finished washing their feet, he put on his clothes and returned to his place. "Do you understand what I have done for you?" he asked them. 13"You call me 'Teacher' and 'Lord,' and rightly so, for that is what I am. 14Now that I, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also should wash one another's feet. 15I have set you an example that you should do as I have done for you. 16I tell you the truth, no servant is greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. 17Now that you know these things, you will be blessed if you do them.

WHAT GIRL DONOT WANT

Ever tried to wonder what's in a woman’s mind? What is she thinking about? Do you know that women do not always mean what they say. They might say something and mean the exact opposite. But what do women actually want? Read on to discover some of the most shocking secrets women don't want men to know. Blonds aren’t always dumb- If you thought all of them were dumb than you are strongly mistaken. Hair colour does not affect a person's IQ. They only act dumb to seem cute or get you to spend money on them and if you do that than you are dumb not them. Women get jealous as hell- They might deny it but the fact is they get extremely jealous even if their man talks to a random female or maybe a friend. She might pretend to act all nice but inside her jealousy volcano is about to erupt. I am the sexiest of them all- Every woman has this mind frame no matter how much they try to deny it. Almost every woman wants to feel like the one and only beauty queen in the world as if nothing compares and demand royal treatment from all men. Am I fat- I know you’ve heard this one time and again but let's all admit to it officially! No matter how skinny she is she would never consider herself thin. Almost every woman occasionally asks this annoying question- "Am I looking fat in this honey?” They always lie about shopping- They might be out grocery shopping but always end up getting something for themselves which they thought was cute. They either try to hide it or lie about its price saying it was on sale. Don't share secrets with them- If you have than you are already on prime time radio. Almost every woman shares each and every secret with her friends. They tend to share their secrets over a cup of coffee and have a good laugh over it. And yeh when I say secrets it means your private secrets as well ( he he) if you know what I mean. What shoes are you wearing- If you thought it was a myth than think again. Women do judge a man by his shoes. So better make it a point to wear nice clean shoes the next time you walk out. They know when you are cheating- Women have inbuilt instincts and emotion system which beeps and alerts when their man is cheating. No matter how big of a player you are you would always be caught no matter what. An absolute must know for you- This secret is an absolute must know for you no matter what. This is the grand daddy of all which would give you the ultimate power to become a magnet towards which every woman would be attracted. This is only known to a few and you are one of the lucky one's who are being introduced to this shocking secret click here-

love

MATTHEW 5:13,48

Salt and Light 13"You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled by men. 14"You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. 15Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. 16In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven. Murder 21"You have heard that it was said to the people long ago, 'Do not murder,[a] and anyone who murders will be subject to judgment.' 22But I tell you that anyone who is angry with his brother[b]will be subject to judgment. Again, anyone who says to his brother, 'Raca,[c]' is answerable to the Sanhedrin. But anyone who says, 'You fool!' will be in danger of the fire of hell. 23"Therefore, if you are offering your gift at the altar and there remember that your brother has something against you, 24leave your gift there in front of the altar. First go and be reconciled to your brother; then come and offer your gift. 25"Settle matters quickly with your adversary who is taking you to court. Do it while you are still with him on the way, or he may hand you over to the judge, and the judge may hand you over to the officer, and you may be thrown into prison. 26I tell you the truth, you will not get out until you have paid the last penny.[d] Adultery 27"You have heard that it was said, 'Do not commit adultery.'[e] 28But I tell you that anyone who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery with her in his heart. 29If your right eye causes you to sin, gouge it out and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to be thrown into hell. 30And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. It is better for you to lose one part of your body than for your whole body to go into hell. Divorce 31"It has been said, 'Anyone who divorces his wife must give her a certificate of divorce.'[f] 32But I tell you that anyone who divorces his wife, except for marital unfaithfulness, causes her to become an adulteress, and anyone who marries the divorced woman commits adultery. Oaths 33"Again, you have heard that it was said to the people long ago, 'Do not break your oath, but keep the oaths you have made to the Lord.' 34But I tell you, Do not swear at all: either by heaven, for it is God's throne; 35or by the earth, for it is his footstool; or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the Great King. 36And do not swear by your head, for you cannot make even one hair white or black. 37Simply let your 'Yes' be 'Yes,' and your 'No,' 'No'; anything beyond this comes from the evil one. An Eye for an Eye 38"You have heard that it was said, 'Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.'[g] 39But I tell you, Do not resist an evil person. If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. 40And if someone wants to sue you and take your tunic, let him have your cloak as well. 41If someone forces you to go one mile, go with him two miles. 42Give to the one who asks you, and do not turn away from the one who wants to borrow from you. Love for Enemies 43"You have heard that it was said, 'Love your neighbor[h] and hate your enemy.' 44But I tell you: Love your enemies[i] and pray for those who persecute you, 45that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. 46If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? 47And if you greet only your brothers, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? 48Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.

how to make greeting card

You'll need: Paper grocery bags (one bag makes up to 12 4x6 sheets) Scissors and/or paper cutter Ruler Pencil Inkjet printer Thin cardboard (like cereal boxes) or recycled greeting cards Glue stick or two-sided tape (not necessary for the machine-sewn version) Your choice of decorating materials (thread, embroidery floss, yarn, ribbon, hole punch, needle, buttons, sewing machine, etc.) I cut my grocery bag paper down to 4x6-inch sheets for printing—I've tried printing on 8.5x11 sheets, but because there are always creases, bends, and imperfections in the recycled paper, the bigger the sheet is, the more chance of it getting offset, bent, or otherwise messed up in the printer. The 4x6 sheets almost always print up fine, as long as you smooth out bends and creases as much as possible. Start by cutting your bags along the corners, so you have two big sheets from the front and back and two narrow sheets from the sides. Most bags are exactly 12 inches across, so if you cut straight along the sides, you should be able to measure and cut right down the middle for two 6-inch strips. Then use your ruler and pencil to measure and mark 4-inch sections—you should have a couple inches left unused, so if one side is more bent/crushed, then don't use that side. Cut your 4x6-inch sheets very carefully and straight, so they'll feed into your printer without problems. Once you cut up all your sheets, you'll have a stack of usable recycled paper to print on! If some sheets are extra bent up, you can use an iron to smooth them a bit—just set it high, with no steam, and go over the back (no printing) side until it's smooth. (That won't get rid of creases, but it should make them smooth enough to print on.) Load the sheets into your printer just as you would 4x6 photo paper (make sure the blank sides are facing the right way).As for what to print, as is the case with normal white paper, photos with lots of detail will not look their best printed on non-photo paper. I recommend printing either graphic images (solid colors, clear lines, no/little shading, or small details) or plain text. In the photo below, you can see part of a regular photo I printed, with a dark blue background color, which came out a bit faded and not very sharp. So, I edited that same photo to inverse it (make it the negative image) and raise the contrast, so it's an almost blank background now. Also, I have a photo printer, so photographic images still print out pretty well even on the brown paper; if you have a non-photo printer, you'll probably want to stick to simple graphic images and text only. Set your printer settings to 4x6 size, plain paper, to print on the recycled bag paper. Now that you have your card images, you can make your actual cards. You can trim the edges off the printed pages if you want, to make the images bleed to the edges, or trim off any bent corners. Cut pieces of cereal-box-type cardboard to size, as wide as your printed page and twice as tall. Choose if you want to add a little for a border, like mine below, or cut it exactly to size. Then score across the center of the cardboard piece to make a clean crease—mark the exact center on each side, hold the ruler down connecting the marks, and run your scissors blade lightly across. Now when you fold the cardboard, it should crease neatly along the line. Glue or tape the image centered on the card front. Next, you'll need to cover up the inside so you can write in your card. Cut a piece of bag paper (or white paper or any other paper you want to use) to size and glue it inside. If you are making a bunch of cards, such as thank-you's for wedding gifts for example, then you could stop here and be done (hand-embroidering every single card would take forever!). Press the glued card(s) under heavy books overnight for security, or you could use two-sided tape instead if you prefer. But if you are making one special card, you can continue along with me and stitch it up! In this case, the glue is just to hold the papers in place while you stitch, so it doesn't need to be pressed and dry. You could cut the inside paper smaller, and the box picture will create a colored border, if you like. Next, I stitched borders around each side, both as decoration and to fasten the paper to the cardboard, using a strong needle, regular embroidery floss, and a running stitch. In the image below, the arrows show how I worked around the sides, using only one strand of floss, starting and ending in the same corner so I could tie the ends into a bow. I used one long strand of floss to avoid unnecessary knots inside the card.

PSALM 125

A song of ascents. 1 Those who trust in the LORD are like Mount Zion which cannot be shaken but endures forever. 2 As the mountains surround Jerusalem, so the LORD surrounds his people both now and forevermore. 3 The scepter of the wicked will not remain over the land allotted to the righteous, for then the righteous might use their hands to do evil. 4 Do good, O LORD, to those who are good, to those who are upright in heart. 5 But those who turn to crooked ways the LORD will banish with the evildoers. Peace be upon Israel.

HOW TO MAKE EYE POWERFUL

Be confident the more you believe in yourself, the easier you will find to perform eye contact. If talking to a group, look ahead and above the crowd. When you build up confidence start looking around but never look at someone too long as it could cause you to muck up. Look into the person’s eyes and hold the gaze for a bit longer than is socially comfortable. At that point, you will know that you have made eye contact. The best way is not actually to make eye contact but rather look at his/her forehead or hair. It still looks like your making eye contact. Do not scan. When you are talking with somebody, you need not engage him or her in a staring contest, but do not be looking around the room while they are talking. Mimic the speaker’s level and intensity of eye contact. If you have problems with how much eye contact to give somebody, this is a great trick. Be carefull with blinking, both frequency and amplitude. If she (he) blinks more often, this is indicative of anxiety or discomfort: bad sign. If her blinking is slower, it means she is relaxed and at ease, so she is in a good position to be swooned by you. Mirror her (his) eyes: pay attention to her eyebrows and mimic the emotions of surprise or sadness (to “feel her pain”) when she describes a story. It works best if accompanied by a little nod at these points of inflection. Good eye contact must be complemented by a authentic smile, or else you will just be staring, which makes anyone feel uncomfortable. Now don’t always smile, cause that just makes you look insecure, but smile at the key points. Pupil size is very important in eye contact. If they dilate (grow larger), this is a sure-fire sign of attraction. If they pupate (grow smaller), that’s not a good sign. Practice! This is only half a tip because it applies to almost anything in life. Eye contact is a tough thing to master, and can be even tougher if you wait until when it counts to practice it.

HOW TO IMPRESS A GIRL

Be well-groomed. Brush your teeth, floss, shower, wash your hair, and apply acne medicine (if you have a problem with your skin) daily. Don't wear your pants off your butt, often called "sagging", it's not that attractive to the majority of girls. This is essential if you are even going to approach an attractive girl. Wear clean, attractive clothes (if in doubt, get an older sister or close female friend to help you in this department). Don't wear skin tight clothes, but don't wear clothes that are too baggy. Have a great attitude. Be fun to hang around with, easy to laugh with, and be outgoing. Just don't be full of yourself. A girl may like a overly cocky guy at first, but eventually, she will find it selfish. Don't try to impress everyone - girls like humble guys. At the same time, a sense of humor is always a plus. Girls love it when guys can make them laugh. Show respect. If you respect everyone and give them their space, they'll all respect you. With girls, it works even better. If they see you respecting everyone, and not getting pushed around while you're at it, they will be reassured that you will treat them right. Be kind to all. Have good conversations. Don't talk about how you beat the King Black Dragon in Runescape... unless you know them well enough that you know they are at least semi-interested (otherwise, it's just a big jumble to her). Try to aim for you both to be speaking 50% of the time, but make sure that you are saying something worthwhile; it's not attractive when only one person talks endlessly. Another thing to watch for is her attention. If she isn't paying complete attention, do not repeat yourself several times. This makes girls feel you are desperate, and usually annoying. Show interest in her - let her talk. The #1 mistake when talking to a girl is focusing on yourself. Girls are way more comfortable when they talk about common interests. Ask about their interests, hobbies, favorite books, music, etc. but not in that stalker kind of way. If she asks you a question, answer it in a few, short sentences and then redirect the question back at her. This engages her in the conversation. When in doubt, compliment her. Even if a girl does not like you yet, complimenting her will make her feel good about herself and think positively about you. Try flirting! If you both make eye contact, do not be the one to look away, but do not stare for too long. When you both make eye contact, just give a slight smile. She may look away and she might blush a little. Be careful though; you don't want to stare her down. A good move is to look away, and if she likes you she will shoot you glances. Watch for that. And be courtious. Open doors. Give Gifts. Do kind things. Girls love that. Respect her friends and their ideas and opinions. Always speak highly of her and never talk trash about her. It will damage her reputation and yours and she'll possibly dump you. Of course, her friends are going to tell her that you trash talked her. Hopefully then it will work both ways - she will be tolerant of your friends. Be careful not to compliment her friends too much, however. Example: You may say "Your friends seem cool. We should hang out with them and my friends some time, I think they'd get along". You may not say "Sally is so hot. She has the nicest eyes". You may think getting her jealous is a good idea, but it just makes them angry. Have your friends be nice to her It's a fantastic thing when your friends don't make a total fool of you. Warn them ahead of time and avoid topics pertaining to embarrassing moments of your past or awkward jokes that make very little sense. Be polite to her parents. Be kind to everyone, especially them. Don't be too over-the-top charming with the parents, however, or they'll think that you have something to hide. Don't criticize her. Unless she asks for constructive criticism. And even then she probably wants you to compliment her. Be romantic, but not over the top. If you've been dating for a while you may attempt a grand romantic gesture (note: "A while"=a month MINIMUM) otherwise, you'll look like a stalker. It's also okay to be a little cheesy, like giving her a bouquet of roses and a loving poem. It may sound like a bad idea, but girls will find it thoughtful if it came from your heart Start talking to her casually. If you don't know her, make friendly conversation. Ask for the time, and/or compliment her watch. Do not play "hard to get". Sure, you'll get their attention for a day or two then after a while, the girl will end up frustrated or think that you hate her for whatever reason, and she'll think you don't find interest in her anymore. Or if she likes a guy who's like that, her friends might not like you because you're acting like a jerk (this happens way too much). Be careful with what you say. Remember, Hotty McHotterson is not your pal Lenny. Do not discuss bodily functions in her presence, or make jokes of a sexual nature unless she starts doing so. Also, don't discuss anything gross or raunchy. Don't talk about bathroom jokes or sexual jokes. She'll get grossed out, and anyway, you're going to find that pretty girls and gross things don't mix... at all. Hum a few bars of a song she likes around her. She might think of you whenever she hears that song. And she'll probably be impressed by your good taste in music. Some girls have actually dumped guys or stopped liking guys when they insulted the music they like. So, it's OK not to like her music, but don't be insulting her favorite singer/band! Try to agree with her as much as possible but not so over the top that she knows your not being yourself ("I know, they are the best band EVER!"). Make sure the song is not overtly feminine however. Start an inside joke with her! She will feel included and become closer to you. It also gives you an easy-to-come-up-with conversation starter. Try not to overuse it and kill the joke. End later meetings with a hug, or plans to meet some other time, if you can. Do not tell her that you "like her". Ask her out. If she rejects you, all is well. Example: You: "Betty, want to go to dinner on Saturday night?" Betty: "Sorry, I just think of you as a friend" You: "Oh, no offense. A bunch of us were talking about going, and I thought you might like to join us." Try to get her attentions to your plus and away from minus , but be original !!! Touch her occasionally, like on the shoulder or hand.(but be sure do not touch the sexual parts like vagina, boob or hips)! So how to really impress a girl? Seems like a tough question isn’t it? Well the true art of impressing girls lies in the simple fact that they are not impressed by anything which seems fake or unoriginal. Most guys tend to act or be like someone else just in order to impress girls but never succeed with it. The key here is to be an original as possible in order to impress your girl. Read on to find out some of the best tips on how to impress a girl and achieve desired results. Don't try to impress- Yes here it is the very big secret in front of you! The best way to impress a girl is not to impress her. Now you might be wondering how does this really work. Well when most guys try to impress girls they tend to become more unauthentic and try to show off with almost anything and everything. Girls are not impressed by such tactics and would end up putting you in the "Show off" category. The best way to impress a girl is to be yourself and let things happen automatically. Natural talent works- If you thought that girls are impressed by money and material things all the time than you are highly mistaken. If girls are impressed by your money than they are probably looking for money and not you. The best way to impress a girl and retain your status is by the way of natural talents which involve the way you talk and present yourself. HOW TO MAKE SKIN CLEAR AND WHITE

Drink one-to-two liters of water daily. Drinking enough water can help keep your skin hydrated and make you look younger. In addition, drinking plenty of water will improve the blood flow and circulation to your skin. Step 2 Exercise at least one hour a day. Exercise can help you attain a clearer complexion by eliminating harmful toxins via sweat, increase blood circulation and delivery of vital nutrients to your skin cells. Exercise helps regulate the production of the hormones dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) and testosterone that are linked to the cause of acne. These two hormones are produced and increased during stress. Exercise can lower the production of these hormones. Step 3 Exfoliate your skin. Exfoliation removes the dead layer of skin cells from your skin's surface which, over time, can diminish body/facial acne, lessen fine lines and maximize your skin's ability to absorb moisture. There are numerous exfoliating kits you can choose from at your local drugstore. Follow the kit's directions on usage. Step 4 Apply a moisturizer to your skin. Moisturizers help restore moisture to keep your skin clearer, softer, hydrated and nourished. Avoid moisturizers with alcohol since they can dry your skin. Instead, purchase moisturizers with natural ingredients. You can find high-quality natural moisturizers at your local health-food store. Apply the moisturizer to your skin twice daily, especially after exfoliating. Step 5 Consult a dermatologist, who is a physician specializing in the skin. She will check your skin to see if there are any problems and offer helpful advice on how to keep it healthy and clear. Protect your face from the sun. Make it a regular habit to wear a high-SPF sunscreen every single day. Apply the sunscreen about 20 minutes before leaving your home and reapply throughout the day as necessary. If you will be spending long amounts of time in the sun, wear a wide-brimmed hat that completely protects your face from sun exposure. Sun protection is the number-one way to achieve lighter skin. Step 2 Purchase lightening creams. These skin lightening lotions are available at most drug stores or cosmetic counters. Most lightening products contain hydroquinone, which inhibits melanin production, thus resulting in lighter skin. There is some controversy surrounding hydroquinone, but it is still viewed as safe to use. If you prefer to use products with other ingredients, look for lightening lotions that contain mulberry, licorice or bilberry extract. Step 3 See a dermatologist regarding your skin-lightening goals. Dermatologists can prescribe skin-bleaching creams that are stronger than those available in standard drug stores. Follow your doctor's instructions regarding application and be aware that your skin will be more sensitive to the sun while you use these creams. Step 4 Have a series of chemical peels performed on your face. Chemical peels are available in different strengths, ranging from light to deep. The stronger the peel, the deeper it penetrates into the skin. Deep peels treat the most layers of skin, effectively burning them away to reveal lighter, younger skin below. Be aware that you will experience some pain with chemical peels, particularly deep peels. Your skin will be red, irritated and swollen for a few days following the peel. If you wish to avoid this aftereffect, opt for a light peel. Peels work best when performed in a series. Step 5 Get microdermabrasion done to your facial skin. Microdermabrasion involves a licensed technician rubbing a mini sandblaster-like device over your facial skin. Tiny crystals on the end of the device buff away dead, surface-level skin. Since the top layers of skin are removed, the skin below is brought to the forefront. This skin will have far less sun damage and be lighter than the prior top-level skin. Step 6 Consider laser treatments to lighten your face. Lasers emit light which burns away the top, sun-damaged layers of your skin. The skin below will undoubtedly be lighter and more even-toned. Make sure you only have laser treatments performed by a licensed professional. Expect some pain during and following the treatment. Most people find they need a series of treatments to achieve the results they want.

HOW TO PREVENT SWINE FLU

With the massive amount of media coverage today on every cable news network and website, swine flu is getting an unbelievable amount of attention, and rightfully so. World health agencies are scrambling to produce mass amounts of vaccines, and only the coming days will tell of their success. In the mean time, there are things you can do to help lessen your chances of catching the now infamous swine flu virus. The steps you can take to help prevent you or your family from contracting it are extremely simple and easy, but we figured it wouldn’t hurt to give you a refresher course. 1. WASH YOUR HANDS – Yes, we used caps because as simple as this sounds, you would be amazed at how many people do not wash their hands at home or in public (even after a restroom trip). The simple act of soaping up with warm water will reduce your chances of catching almost anything, and if you’re not in the habit of doing this, then you need to start ASAP, especially if you live in any of the affected areas. I can’t imagine that you’re so important and busy that you can’t take literally 3 minutes to wash your hands. Just do it. 2. Face Mask – As we typically see in Asian countries during an outbreak, people wear face masks for a good reason. While it’s not the total solution, it can help prevent you from inhaling any airborne particles of the virus. If you’re in an area that has confirmed cases of swine flu, the last thing you want to do is talk to someone face to face and accidentally catch a particle of their saliva in your mouth (which happens all the time, you just don’t notice it). Face masks are really inexpensive, and can be easily obtained. Here are a few that we recommend: 3. Limit physical contact – Most times it would be seen as a rude or disrespectful gesture to not shake hands, kiss, or hug (depending on what country you’re in), but I’m sure no one would have a problem with holding back physical contact during a time of worldwide emergency. The less you touch other people, the lesser chance you have of coming into contact with the virus. 4. Limit public transportation – Everyone has to work, travel, etc…but if you’re in an area of swine flu outbreak, you might want to consider limiting your time on the bus, subway, airports, or any kind of public transportation. This is only temporary, of course, but could make the difference of coming into contact with the virus or not.

JAPANESE NAME OF BINAYA

LUKE 4:1,30

JESUS TEST 1And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, 2Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered. 3And the devil said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, command this stone that it be made bread. 4And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God. 5And the devil, taking him up into an high mountain, shewed unto him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. 6And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it. 7If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine. 8And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve. 9And he brought him to Jerusalem, and set him on a pinnacle of the temple, and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down from hence: 10For it is written, He shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee: 11And in their hands they shall bear thee up, lest at any time thou dash thy foot against a stone. 12And Jesus answering said unto him, It is said, Thou shalt not tempt the Lord thy God. 13And when the devil had ended all the temptation, he departed from him for a season. 14And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about. 15And he taught in their synagogues, being glorified of all. 16And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read. 17And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written, 18The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, 19To preach the acceptable year of the Lord. 20And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him. 21And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears. 22And all bare him witness, and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth. And they said, Is not this Joseph's son? 23And he said unto them, Ye will surely say unto me this proverb, Physician, heal thyself: whatsoever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in thy country. 24And he said, Verily I say unto you, No prophet is accepted in his own country. 25But I tell you of a truth, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elias, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when great famine was throughout all the land; 26But unto none of them was Elias sent, save unto Sarepta, a city of Sidon, unto a woman that was a widow. 27And many lepers were in Israel in the time of Eliseus the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, saving Naaman the Syrian. 28And all they in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath, 29And rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him unto the brow of the hill whereon their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong. 30But he passing through the midst of them went his way

LUKE 23 26,28;24:1,12

jesus in cross 26And as they led him away, they laid hold upon one Simon, a Cyrenian, coming out of the country, and on him they laid the cross, that he might bear it after Jesus. 27And there followed him a great company of people, and of women, which also bewailed and lamented him. 28But Jesus turning unto them said, Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children. 29For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the paps which never gave suck. 30Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us. 31For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry? 32And there were also two other, malefactors, led with him to be put to death. 33And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left. 34Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots. 35And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided him, saying, He saved others; let him save himself, if he be Christ, the chosen of God. 36And the soldiers also mocked him, coming to him, and offering him vinegar, 37And saying, If thou be the king of the Jews, save thyself. 38And a superscription also was written over him in letters of Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS. 39And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us. 40But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? 41And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss. 42And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. 43And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, Today shalt thou be with me in paradise. 44And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour. 45And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst. 46And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost. 47Now when the centurion saw what was done, he glorified God, saying, Certainly this was a righteous man. 48And all the people that came together to that sight, beholding the things which were done, smote their breasts, and returned. 49And all his acquaintance, and the women that followed him from Galilee, stood afar off, beholding these things. 50And, behold, there was a man named Joseph, a counsellor; and he was a good man, and a just: 51(The same had not consented to the counsel and deed of them;) he was of Arimathaea, a city of the Jews: who also himself waited for the kingdom of God. 52This man went unto Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus. 53And he took it down, and wrapped it in linen, and laid it in a sepulchre that was hewn in stone, wherein never man before was laid. 54And that day was the preparation, and the sabbath drew on. 55And the women also, which came with him from Galilee, followed after, and beheld the sepulchre, and how his body was laid. 56And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the sabbath day according to the commandment. The Resurrection 1On the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women took the spices they had prepared and went to the tomb. 2They found the stone rolled away from the tomb, 3but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus. 4While they were wondering about this, suddenly two men in clothes that gleamed like lightning stood beside them. 5In their fright the women bowed down with their faces to the ground, but the men said to them, "Why do you look for the living among the dead? 6He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee: 7'The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, be crucified and on the third day be raised again.' " 8Then they remembered his words. 9When they came back from the tomb, they told all these things to the Eleven and to all the others. 10It was Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James, and the others with them who told this to the apostles. 11But they did not believe the women, because their words seemed to them like nonsense. 12Peter, however, got up and ran to the tomb. Bending over, he saw the strips of linen lying by themselves, and he went away, wondering to himself what had happened

luke 3:21,38

HOW TO PLAY TAB

How To Read Tabs & Play Your Favourite Songs Hello, Now let's talk about how to read tabs... Tablature is a way of indicating the positioning of notes and fingering on the guitar fret board. If you can read tabs, you will be able to play any of your favorites songs. Aside from traditional music theory, tabs are among the easiest methods to playing your favorite songs... quickly! Basic Tab Lines There are 6 tab lines representing 6 strings on the guitar. (The 1st string is the thinnest, and the 6th string is the thickest). E----------------------------- String 1 Thinnest B----------------------------- String 2 G----------------------------- String 3 D----------------------------- String 4 A----------------------------- String 5 E----------------------------- String 6 Thickest The string at the top is the thickest - 6th string The string at the bottom is the thinnest - 1st string (as shown in diagram below) Number is placed with examples When a number is placed on one of the lines, it indicates the fret location of note. Example 1: E----------------------------- String 1 B------4---------------------- String 2 G----------------------------- String 3 D----------------------------- String 4 A----------------------------- String 5 E----------------------------- String 6 (This means to play the 4th Fret on the 2nd string) Example 2: E----------------------------- String 1 B----------------------------- String 2 G----------------------------- String 3 D----------------------------- String 4 A------0---------------------- String 5 E----------------------------- String 6 (This indicates an open 5th string) Example 3: E----------------------------- String 1 B-----------6----------------- String 2 G-------5--------------------- String 3 D----------------0------------ String 4 A----------------------------- String 5 E----------------------------- String 6 This indicates: 5th Fret, 3rd string, then 6th Fret, 2nd string, then an open 4th string. Example 4: E---1------------------------- String 1 B-----------8----------------- String 2 G-------7--------------------- String 3 D---------------2------------- String 4 A----------------------------- String 5 E------------------------12--- String 6 This indicates: 1st Fret, 1st string then 7th Fret, 3rd string, then 8th Fret, 2nd string, then 2nd Fret, 4th string, then 12th Fret, 6th string. Tab Symbols There are tab symbols that you need to know before you want to learn a song in tab format. They are: h - hammer onp - pull off b - bend string upr - release bend / - slide up\ - slide down v - vibrato (sometimes written as ~)t - right hand tapx - play 'note' with heavy damping When you see all numbers in a line one after another E---3------------------------- String 1 B---3------------------------- String 2 G---4------------------------- String 3 D---5------------------------- String 4 A---5------------------------- String 5 E---3------------------------- String 6 ...it means you play the entire chord using all fingers. When you see tabs that have "h" E--------------------------------String 1 B--------------------------------String 2 G--------------------------------String 3 D--------------------------------String 4 A---------7h9-----------10h12----String 5 E---0--0----------0--0-----------String 6 ....it means to do a "Hammer On" from the 7th fret to the 9th fret and again for the 10th fret to the 12th fret. When you see other tabs that have "pO" E--------------------------------String 1 B--------------------------------String 2 G--------------------------------String 3 D--------------------------------String 4 A---------9pO7-----------12pO10--String 5 E---0--0----------0--0-----------String 6 ....it means to do a "Pull Off" from the 9th fret to the 7th fret and again for the 12th fret to the 10th fret. When you see other tabs that have "b" E--------------------------------String 1
B--------------------------------String 2
G--------------------------------String 3
D--------------------------------String 4
A---------7b9-----------10b12----String 5
E--------------------------------String 6 ...it means strike the string 5 on the 7th fret, then bend the note up so that it sounds the same as the note played on the 9th fret. ADDITIONAL TIP Tabs are mainly a few lines with numbers on them. Once you know the basic positioning of where your fingers go, you are able to get a good feel for the song. Tabs are an easy way to read music and play a particular song. Proper music notation is more detailed and requires more study into it, however if all you want to do is play your favorite song, tabs are just as easy in the end. GLOSSARY h Hammer On is produced by hitting a note first, before sliding your finger to another fret while the string is still ringing out. p Pull off is the same as a hammer on - but instead of placing our fingers onto the string, we are TAKING OUR FINGERS OFF the string, after striking it. b Bends are relatively easy to perform. Bends are shown in many different symbols. The b and ^ are common symbols used for bends. The ( ) usually contain a number in between and tell the player to bend to that note. Notes without ( ) usually have the note to be bent to next to the original note. A bend is carried out by bending the string up on the guitar to produce a sound similar to that of the fret noted on the tab. r A release is done by picking the note in its bent position, but letting go of the string so that it can return to its normal pitch. / or \ The symbol \ signifies a slide down the neck, while / signifies a slide up the neck. The notes are picked in the order in which they appear from left to right. v or ~ If you continue to hold the fret down after the slide, or even after picking any random note, it will cause the note to ring. This effect is called vibrato which is fluctuating the pitch of a note. t Tapping is where you tap the string repeatedly. x Gently rest a finger of your left hand over the indicated string or strings, and then strum. This will produce a dull, almost scratchy sound. "Simple Tune To Kickstart Your Guitar Playing" When it comes to guitar playing - don't be afraid to dress the chords up a little. By that, I mean try playing around with them a little. There are a million different combinations you can have with one single chord! A chord played by itself is good - but when you start to put more into it - that's what makes it really interesting. Try doing a few pull off's and hammer on's. For those of you who don't know what I'm talking about- a 'Pull off' is when you strike the guitar string allowing it to ring out slightly before you twist your finger off it again. A 'hammer on' is when you strike the string and hammer your next finger on while the string is vibrating. That adds tremendous interest into the sound. Remember - a guitarist with a good grasp of rhythm and strumming patterns is often the key to a group's overall sound. Here is what I'm talking about... This tune below is primarily made up of just 2 simple chords: The C Chord and E Chord - only moved around a little bit. In the following diagrams of chords, place each number on the appropriate strings as shown below.
