Cool Practice Jam Riff For You To Learn

Cool Practice Jam Riff For You To Learn

Welcome

This practice jam riff is designed to help you reach your maximum potential by thinking creatively.

This riff is written in the key of Bb. Since the relative minor of Bb is G, we can use the G minor pentatonic scale.

When playing the riff, start slow and get a feel for the rhythm. Take note of the hammer on's and pull off's and listen to how they are used to add to the music.

Remember: You can have too much of a good thing!

When you use a technique for a special purpose, it will sound more polished and professional. Add your own variation into this riff by using trills and slides.

Improvise and experiment using the G minor pentatonic scale. Most importantly, have fun!
