HOW TO PROTECT YOUR USENAME AND PASSWORD

Anytime you're preparing to sign into your Blogger account, whether it's to modify your blog or to make a comment on someone else's blog, do not sign in if you're at all unsure about the link that sent you to Blogger. Unfortunately, there are individuals who may attempt to obtain your login information by distributing links to fake or "spoofed" versions of the Blogger homepage or comment pages. These versions of Blogger's pages are not authorized by Blogger, but will try to appear as authentic as possible. Always check your browser's address bar to make sure the proper URL is displayed. If it doesn't start with "http://www.blogger.com/", do not enter your username or password. Close your browser immediately, as an imitation or "spoofed" Blogger page may try to initiate an unsolicited download that could harm your computer. The safest way to enter Blogger is to type the URL to Blogger (http://www.blogger.com) in your browser's address bar directly. Typing the correct URL is the best way to be sure that you're not redirected to a spoofed site. Please be safe with your login information!
